    • Increasing dues across the board this summer
      • 15%; 5% for seniors; children 2 and under are not charged
    • Increasing the pool clean up fee to $100
    • Maintenance costs: focused on the bathhouse
      • We will be looking at how to update the bathhouse
        • Also become ADA compliant
      • Strict 300-member cap on membership this year
        • This will impact the budget
        • It will take time to get CAHH members into the pool
